• As a Hot Cook, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef and culinary team preparing high-quality meals for Pennswood residents and guests.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established quality standards
Work the hot line and grill station in a high-volume kitchen
Prepare high-quality food in batches and to order
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure meals are prepared accurately and on time
Maintain consistent quality, presentation and portioning
Follow food safety, sanitation and proper food-handling standards
Monitor food usage and help minimize waste
Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed

Previous hot-line cooking experience
Experience in a high-volume kitchen or food-production environment; A commitment to excellent food quality and presentation
Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and some holidays
