Part-Time Videographer / Video Editor

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Videographer/Video Editor to support our marketing team. This role will be responsible for setting up and capturing film and audio content, as well as editing video across a variety of formats. We work with a small, collaborative team and prefer candidates who can operate effectively within a lean structure alongside a separate editor or videographer.

Create compelling video content that supports the firm's marketing and brand initiatives.

Set up and manage film and audio equipment for a variety of shoots, including attorney spotlights, client testimonials, and educational content.

Edit video and audio content to produce polished, professional-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and execute video shoots efficiently.

Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the firm's quality and messaging standards.

Attend weekly touch points with the marketing team to align on priorities, timelines, and upcoming projects.

Maintain and organize video assets and project files in a structured, accessible manner.

Assist in developing concepts and creative direction for video campaigns as needed.

3+ years of experience creating and editing video campaigns in a professional services field (legal, medical, finance, scientific, or similar).

Strong working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio tools.

Experience with camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment in professional environments.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in pacing, audio quality, and brand consistency.

Ability to operate collaboratively within a small team structure, including alongside a separate videographer or editor.

Experience with task management software such as Asana or equivalent platforms.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.

Experience working in the legal industry or with professional services clients.

Familiarity with brand storytelling and content marketing in a regulated or professional environment.

Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Estimated 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility based on project needs.
