Weekend Houseman - 2nd Shift

Silver Birch of Terre Haute is looking for a Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services Team . In this role, you’ll help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. Your work plays an important part in helping residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease every day .

Clean and maintain community areas such as hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, and resident rooms

Follow daily cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks each shift

Respect resident privacy, always knocking before entering rooms

Use cleaning supplies safely and follow proper procedures for chemicals

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish to keep spaces neat and sanitary

Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and light fixtures

Collect and deliver resident laundry in a timely manner

Restock and organize cleaning supplies at the end of your shift

A high school diploma or GED is helpful

Housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus

Willingness to work some weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
