Stateson Homes is looking for an entrepreneurial sales driven mindset individual who brings successful sales experience to the table. Our mission is to provide a superior level of customer service that will create and grow referrals and repeat business for the long term. This is accomplished by empowering our team of employees to use their own entrepreneurial ideas and styles to deliver an excellent customer experience that meets the highest level of expectations. Our sales team uses a consultative selling approach that educates our customers on the features and benefits of our homes along with the various financing possibilities.

Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process. Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community. Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members. The ability to explain the financial and mortgage process. Ability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month and evenings.

Assisting customers in selecting a financing program that meets their needs. Demonstrating home sites. Understanding and demonstrating blueprints and site plans.

2 to 4 years of demonstrated, successful sales experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 month training program then drops to $28,000 base plus commissions.
