Our current HR Director is returning to her home in Arizona, so we are seeking our next leader to join the team. This role is a full-time onsite position and is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity reporting directly to the COO.

If hired, you’ll help determine who we need, how we organize our teams, how we develop our people, and how our workforce supports the financial and operational performance of the Company. We are seeking a true HR professional who will:

Develop recruiting strategies, strengthen our talent pipeline, improve quality of hire, and help KWS attract and retain exceptional people.

Develop workforce plans that align people, organizational structure, compensation, and staffing with our growth and financial objectives.

Coach managers, strengthen leadership capabilities, improve performance management, and build greater accountability throughout the organization.

Bring an HR perspective to organizational and financial decisions—and help leadership understand the business impact of workforce choices.

Build the HR Function
Use data, technology, and better processes to make HR more effective, efficient, and valuable to the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• 8+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience; Experience in a manufacturing, construction, distribution or another operational environment with an understanding of workforce planning, safety programs, and operational labor requirements, strongly preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations.
• Passionate about developing people and building strong teams.
• Experience building or significantly improving HR programs, systems, and infrastructure.
