Personal Care Aide $1300 Sign on Bonus Facility Based Care
Elara Caring is hiring Personal Care Aides to support residents at a senior living and memory care community in the Arlington Heights Illinois area.

This assignment offers the consistency of working at one community-based location while providing compassionate person-centered care. 18.75$19.75 for morning shifts

• $19.00$20.00 for evening shifts.
• $1300 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility requirements

Assist with bathing dressing grooming toileting and hygiene
Offer companionship reassurance and memory care support
Follow individualized care plans
Communicate with Elara Caring staff community staff families nurses and other care partners
Able to work effectively as part of a care team
Ability to stand bend lift reposition and assist residents including lifting up to 50 pounds
Minimum 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
Dementia care experience required
Ability to provide full hands-on personal care including bathing dressing grooming and mobility assistance
High school diploma or GED preferred
