Now Hiring - Housekeeper / Cleaning

Position Overview Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units.
Responsibilities Strip units of soiled linens.
Remove trash from units.
Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure.
Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
Attend all training sessions and apply training.
Ensure a safe working environment and assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
Planning and scheduling capabilities.
Personal timeliness and promptness.
Work Environment This role operates in conditions that may include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and laundry chemicals.
The housekeeper may be asked to perform additional tasks as directed by management.
