Registered Nurse

This position involves working in the Emergency Room. The role requires the ability to provide care to patients of all ages. Candidates must comply with policies regarding artificial nails in patient care areas. Provides self-scheduling options for shifts, but no shifts are guaranteed until the schedule is finalized. Weekend requirements include working every third weekend, with shifts available on both days and nights. The department has support staff, including aides and paramedics, on each shift. Phlebotomy assistance is available for lab draws. The facility operates on a trauma level 2 designation. Holiday requirements involve rotating schedules. Cancellations by the hospital may occur for up to four shifts during the assignment. The charting system used is EPIC.
