Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite
Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing care within a Labor & Delivery setting, including high-risk cases and antepartum patients.
Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans; coordinate care across disciplines and delegate tasks to appropriate care team members.
Perform continuous fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to findings in collaboration with the care team.
Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practice standards and the care environment.
Provide care across the lifespan, including neonates, adolescents, and adults, in alignment with unit-based skill expectations.
Active Minnesota RN License (temporary MN RN License accepted; Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
High-risk Labor & Delivery and antepartum experience required.
Fetal monitoring experience required.
Experience with newborn, adolescent, and adult patient populations required.
Proficiency with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Level III NICU care coordination is beneficial.
