Music Accompanist

Accompanies music for practices and performances.

Plays an instrument to accompany new and traditional vocal and instrumental music.
Consults with teachers and conductors to choose appropriate music.
Participates in music rehearsals and performances.
Ability to read and play traditional and contemporary music for a variety of conductors and soloists.
Ability to adapt responses to situations while maintaining procedural and regulatory integrity.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
