Job Description:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care units. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform and document nursing procedures, including IV administration, wound care, and patient assessments. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year RN experience
GA RN or Compact license required at time of submission
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH (NIHSS)
Charting system experience required: Epic
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation: 24 hours on-unit orientation; number of non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length.
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
Full compliance required to start on time; all compliance documents due by the Tuesday prior to start.
