Travel RN Med-Surg Float Pool

Client is hiring a Travel Med-Surg Float Pool RN to provide flexible, high-quality care across multiple units within the hospital. Candidates must have Epic EMR experience and either:

• 1 year experience with a passing score on a competency test OR
• 2 years of overall Med-Surg experience (no test required). A competency test will be sent via HSH to the candidate's email within 48.

Basic Responsibilities (it can vary according to client requirement)

Deliver patient-centered Med-Surg care across different units based on staffing needs

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using Epic EMR

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, and care coordinators

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital protocols

Float across multiple Med-Surg units as required

Manage medication administration and patient education

Skills & Requirements:

~ Epic EMR Experience (Required)

~ Experience:

• 1 year in with a competency test
• OR 2 years of experience without testing requirement

Competency Testing: Must be completed within 48 hours of submission

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, active RN license

Certifications: AHA BLS required
