Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a growing talent acquisition team supporting a dynamic and mission-focused organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while delivering an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in federal recruiting, talent market intelligence, and relationship management. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning goals, and talent needs
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Utilize Company search techniques and modern recruiting tools to identify and engage passive candidates
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and recruitment strategies
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Leverage AI-enabled recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative solutions to recruiting challenges
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree required
6+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government-related programs, contracts, or organizations
Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS)
Strong experience with talent pipelining, searches, and social recruiting strategies
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for cleared professionals or highly specialized technical roles
Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
Knowledge of current labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
