Facility Maintenance Handyman

Maintenance TechnicianInsight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide electrical and mechanical support across assigned facilities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining building systems, performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.Troubleshoot and repair building equipment including lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely manner.Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify and address potential issues.Support office reconfigurations, furniture moves, and event setup/breakdown.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair projects.Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
