Operating Room RN Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide specialized perioperative patient care in a busy surgical unit. This role involves preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care for surgical patients, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate and implement preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care for surgical patients.
Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures to ensure patient stability.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility standards.
Participate in ongoing training, including PALS and ACLS certifications.
Adhere to all safety policies, including travel compliance and facility-specific regulations.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience.
Hold a current Ohio or Compact RN license in hand at the time of application.
Demonstrate Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training completed upon arrival.
Have recent references from a supervisor or manager in the surgical specialty.
