Position Highlights

Full-time, employed Urology position with an established, physician-driven medical group

Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM; shared weekend call

ER call coverage required — minimum 7 days/month

Practice split: 60% outpatient clinic / 40% OR

Clinical volume: 24 patients/day in clinic; 15-20 surgical cases/week

Advanced surgical technology on-site, including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation

Dedicated MAs and clinical support staff

Team structure: 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN

Practice site: St. Mary’s Hospital, Tucson — a DNV-certified Primary Plus Stroke Center with comprehensive bariatric and cardiac capabilities

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
