CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

Salary: $25 - $31 per hour

In this thrilling role as a CNC Machinist, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, playing an instrumental role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high quality parts with tight tolerances. 401(k) retirement plan to help employees save for the future.

Setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring that all parts are machined in accordance with specified plans and blueprints.

Programming CNC machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches.

Maintaining quality and safety standards by adhering to procedures and regulations.

Monitoring the feed and speed of machines during the machining process and making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.

Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and production processes.

Performing routine maintenance on machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborating with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the engineering industry.

Extensive experience with CNC programming, including G Code and M Code.

Strong knowledge of machining operations and processes, including milling, drilling, and turning.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

A technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is preferred.
