Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. Your goal is to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain strict safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.

Communication: Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Financial Management: Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.

Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.

Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of hands‑on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.

Licensing: A valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and estimating software.

Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
