Description
Basic Functions:
Properly cleans, sanitizes and stores all dishes, glassware, baskets, utensils, pots and pans. Responsible for maintaining dish room, dish machine and 3 compartment sinks. Assists in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
Essential Job Functions

Knowledge of sanitary guidelines as outlined by the SNHD.
Knowledge of dish machine operations and 3 compartment sink set up.
Assures water temperatures are properly maintained in the dish machine and 3 compartment sinks.
Restocks and stores all dishes, baskets, glassware, utensils, pots and pans in proper locations.
Removes all garbage, empty boxes and used oil from the kitchen.
Keeps dish, walk-ins, restrooms and storage areas clean and organized.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or manager on duty.
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and be able to bend, lift, stretch and kneel without restriction.

Must be able to tolerate prolonged exposure to heat, cold and or wet environment.
The individual must be able to transport up to 50 lbs on occasion and up to 35 lbs regularly.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older.
Must possess a valid health card from the Southern Nevada Health District
Previous experience in desired position preferred.
