This respected healthcare provider is dedicated to delivering top-notch medical care while fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a full-time, night shift position in their cutting-edge Medical ICU. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide critical care to patients with severe medical conditions, ensuring their health and recovery through expert evaluation, planning, and implementation of care protocols.Responsibilities:Assess & Evaluate: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to create personalized care plans.Coordinate Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and coordinate patient care effectively.Provide high-level care for critically ill patients, including ventilator management.Emergency Response: Quickly respond to Code Blue situations and initiate necessary protocols.Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as per medical orders.Check rooms daily for necessary supplies and handle phone calls, including triage if required.Requirements:Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license; Compact/Multi-State RN license accepted.Experience: Prior ICU nursing experience strongly preferred.Benefits & Perks:Competitive Salary: $28.23 - $42.35 per hour, based on experience.Shift Differentials: $5 per hour for nights and $10 per hour for weekends.Sign-On Bonus: Relocation Assistance: Professional Growth: Opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility with a supportive team and resources for career development.If you are a compassionate, skilled ICU nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.
