~Sandblaster Details:
- Temporary position
- $Full Time work available
- Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )
Responsible for surface preparation and pain operations in support of fabricating wind turbine towers
Equipment and processes include wash equipment similar to hand car wash, blast hose disbursing metal grit, metallizing equipment similar to welding torch ad two part paint system
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by following all safety protocols and performing routine housekeeping and workplace organization
metalizing and paint equipment by setting parameters and making adjustments.
Sandblaster Qualifications:
- 1 year work experience in heavy fabrication industry, surface prep and/or paint industry, construction or other related field.
- Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and technical work instructions
- Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height
