Pleasant Car Care has been in business since 2010 servicing the Watertown and Newton communities. Customer problems are the result of a broken car-not the broken car.
Our facility has the owner on site every day and is equipped with technology normally only found in newer dealership service centers.

As a Service Advisor with Pleasant Car Care, you will be working alongside our General Managing Partner and The Owner Operator. You are the first person that our customers see every time they walk into our facility to make an investment in their vehicle. You are also the person that our customers think of first when they have an issue with their vehicle; therefore, you play an important role in building relationships with our customers.
Greet every customer enthusiastically with a smile.
Answer customer phone calls with concept proven presentations and a “get the car across the curb” mentality.
Listen carefully to every customer.
Touch every car you are responsible for
Ensure target margins are achieved on each work order.
Present the best solution to properly repair our customer's vehicle utilizing proven
policies and procedures.
Act in a professional manner suitable as the representative of the quality organization
with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting character qualities of honesty and integrity.
Experience in automotive customer service and service sales.
