One of our most innovative clients is seeking a dynamic Director of Accounting to take the reigns of the accounting and finance department at their rapidly growing business.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you’ll work cross‑functionally to support the financial needs of your team. Following GAAP, you’ll develop and maintain accounting processes to verify financial records are accurate and in compliance. Your cost accounting skills will help ensure margins are high, and the company continues growing and increasing profitability.

Driving this company’s accounting and finance team forward, you’ll optimize department performance, manage multiple direct reports, and ensure the financial health of the organization. You’ll oversee all aspects of the credit and corporate accounting team, delegate tasks as necessary, and establish best practices and protocols.

The company will rely on you to spearhead short‑term financial objectives while maintaining their long‑term vision as well as conduct financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Cultivating strong relationships with the Leadership Team will be key to ensuring transparent communication, with regular updates on the company’s status.

This is a comprehensive role with a diverse set of responsibilities that requires broad accounting and finance knowledge in a best‑in‑class environment. This role is 100% in‑office.
