Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Oncology Travel RN to join their client based in Raleigh, NC. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care for outpatient infusion services at a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process, with a strong focus on chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Oncology - Travel
Deliver competent clinical nursing care in accordance with professional standards
Participate in education programs to meet personal learning needs
Coordinate patient care using nursing standards, policies, and procedures
Perform bedside point of care testing as required
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams in care planning and evaluation
Utilize effective communication with patients and families to assess discharge needs
Promote a safe and secure hospital environment
Requirements of the RN - Oncology - Travel
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC)
ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in chemotherapy/immunotherapy infusion
One year of nursing experience
Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN or MSN preferred
