Prep Cook - Full Time and Part Time - Urgently Hiring

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time cook positions at the Minnesota Vikings facility (2600 Vikings Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121). The role involves preparing and presenting high‑quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Pay range is $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules.

Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.

Use ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.

Clean kitchen after preparation and service, keeping all areas sanitary and storing surplus food safely.

Maintain refrigerators, storerooms, and kitchen equipment in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.

Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies.

Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.

Commit to personal safety and the safety of others.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate gloves, mitts, protective shoes, and proper lifting techniques.

Use oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans.

Previous 4 years of prep‑cook experience required.
