Spence Mind Counseling Center, Inc. is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality mental health support. This full-time remote position allows you to connect with clients through telehealth services, enabling you to reach individuals across various demographics from the comfort of your own home environment. This position operates within a fully remote, telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and accessibility for both counselors and clients. As a member of our virtual team, you will have the opportunity to leverage modern communication technologies to conduct sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for clients seeking support. Our organizational culture prioritizes work-life balance, offering a schedule during standard business hours—Monday to Friday—without the expectation of evenings or weekends.

Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's history, mental health status, and specific concerns.

Hold a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building trusting therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

Regularly meet with clients to review progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and strategize discharge planning when appropriate.

Document session notes and treatment updates in a timely manner to maintain compliance with regulations and enhance care continuity.

Participate in supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Our ideal candidates will be prepared to work with a diverse client base presenting a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and achieve their therapeutic goals, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.

At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is necessary.

Experience working with a variety of populations and mental health conditions.

Proficiency in telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and USD 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
