Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Independent Contractor (1099 or W2)

Our practice supports clinicians by handling administrative burden—such as marketing, billing, and scheduling—allowing you to focus entirely on providing exceptional client care.
We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, and self-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing clinical team. Provide individual, family, or couples therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care).
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation (progress notes, intakes, treatment plans) in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Coordinate care with external healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and support networks when necessary.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
Unrestricted, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida (in good standing).
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct therapy.
High level of proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Administrative Support: Hourly/per-session rate based on experience.
