Administrative Assistant

Regular Full-Time Winona, MN, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Hawkins Ash CPAs is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Winona office.

What you’ll do:

Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to answering phones

Provide professional, efficient, and accurate administrative support to office team members

Schedule appointments, meetings, and take messages

Write and review memos and letters

Assist in the assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist with client billing and receivables

Be responsible for task management system and notification of due dates

Assist other administrative staff with overflow work

Assemble, scan, and electronically file tax returns

Other duties as assigned

From January through April 15th, this position will work approximately 40-50 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with some Saturday availability. April 16th through December 31st, the hours are flexible and could work 30-36 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, depending on availability.

Our ideal candidate will have:

An associate’s degree in Administrative Assistance or one year of experience in a similar position

The ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client matters

The ability to work on multiple projects at any given time

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office
