A national company with a facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan is currently seeking a Lead Carpenter for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Lead Carpenters looking for a company that offers excellent growth opportunities, competitive rates, and excellent work / life balance.
Lead Carpenter rates are anticipated to be $20-$30 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and 401k matching.
Qualified Lead Carpenters will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
5+ years of recent / relevant experience with carpentry / new construction.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction is required.
Must have strong knowledge of construction standards and building codes.
Clean driving record for use of company van.
Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
