Front Desk Receptionist (Hourly, Full-Time)

Front Desk Receptionist We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, Chinese-speaking professional to be the welcoming face of our Diagnostic Medical Group imaging clinic. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a smooth and positive experience for our patientsfrom the moment they walk in, to managing their appointments and supporting the care team. Complete all required registration forms.

Scan required documents into the RIS system.

Verify insurance eligibility for scheduled and walk-in patients; Provide Chinese translation support for patients and staff.

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.

Participate in cross-training and attend monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications Fluency in Chinese required; Mandarin or Cantonese

Medical front desk or healthcare administrative experience preferred

Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions This is a full-time role located at 18575 E. The national target pay range for this role is $20 - $22 per hour.
