Restaurant Server ( Night and Weekend- Part Time)

An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional Guest service. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

ASSISTS WITH GUEST RECOVERY AND NOTIFIES MANAGER TO ENSURE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES.

ATTENDS ALL REQUIRED DEPARTMENT AND COMPANY MEETINGS AND TRAINING SESSIONS.

KNOWLEDGEABLE OF FACILITY EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.

1+ year prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Attention to detail, Guest focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced and amplified (loud) environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Servers are responsible for anticipating guestneeds and exceeding guest service expectations within our Andretti Grill, all while providing a fun and exciting dining atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.

Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance to local health regulations.

Accurately process payments and practice professional cash handling skills.

Follow all state, county and company guidelines regarding beverage and alcohol service.

Be knowledgeableof facility emergency procedures.

Follow proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.

Maintain a constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.

Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred.
