ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all- inclusive:

Be punctual to pre-shift meeting with a positive attitude and openly participate

Responsible for placing prompt calls for technical or supervisory assistance when necessary

Responsible to change ticket paper, write up jackpot forms correctly, be able to read pay table information, and be able to recall vital game histories

Responsible for notifying shift supervisor of irregularities in customers’ play

Required to enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs

Required to effectively handle customer concerns and requests

Must be able to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours

Must be able to clean and sanitize all gaming equipment on the Slot floor

Must be flexible with all different schedules. This position spends majority of the shift on the casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds and noise levels the severity of which depends upon customer volume. Attend required training sessions offered by the casino

Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations

Responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco

Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department

Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls

Responsible for taking the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management
