Human Resources Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Metairie. The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing qualified talent while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment strategies
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and role fit
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate interview feedback and hiring recommendations to support decision-making
Follow up with new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding transition and gather feedback on their experience
Onboarding & HR Support
Prepare new hire folders and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure employees are effectively introduced to company policies, procedures, and expectations
Assist the Human Resources Manager with additional HR projects as needed
Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to improve hiring processes
HR Operations Support
Conduct employee exit interviews and document feedback to support retention and process improvement
