Job Description Temporary Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) – Maternity Leave Coverage (12 Weeks)

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.
While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.
Temporary maternity leave coverage
Options for Compensation1099 Contractor – CCC-SLP
- 30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)
- W2 Pay-Per-Visit – CCC-SLP (Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)
- 28–$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56–$76/hour)
- Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
