Cardiac Med-Surg RN Opportunity
We are hiring a Cardiac Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care hospital setting located in Panama City, FL. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective care while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient condition during admission and throughout each shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Document patient care and clinical findings accurately and timely
Respond to patient needs and provide compassionate bedside care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida or Compact License)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting within the last 3 years
Med-Surg, Cardiac, or Telemetry experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
