Retail Sales Associate
com is the World Leader in Golf Customization; and offers a complete selection of balls, clubs, shoes, apparel, and more from golf ball top brands. Golfballs.com sells and prints over 300,000 customized golf balls each week, utilizing our proprietary visualization and fulfillment platform.
We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment. Responsibilities include offering knowledgeable assistance on golf equipment, staying updated on current golf trends, and demonstrating a strong willingness and ability to help others while contributing to the growth of our retail business. Additionally, our Retail Sales Associates will occasionally support our online operations as needed. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, team-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Customer Experience:
o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
o Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment based on their needs and preferences.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
· Golf Equipment Expertise:
o Maintain a thorough understanding of golf equipment features and benefits.
o Educate customers on the latest golf technology and products.
· Sales Support:
o Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
o Assist in merchandising and maintaining product displays.
o Promote special offers and sales events to customers.
· Online Operations Support:
o Provide assistance to the online sales team as needed.
o Help with packaging and shipping online orders during peak times.
o Ensure accurate inventory management for both in-store and online stock.
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic computer and internet functions.
