Job Summary

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a healthcare facility This position involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients with conditions such as ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. The role requires adaptable skills in a 21-bed unit utilizing Cerner electronic medical records, with potential float to stepdown or emergency room as needed.

Job Details

Position Description: ICU Nurse for a 21-bed unit, shifts are 12 hours during nights, from 7 pm to 7 am.

Required Qualifications: Valid nursing licensure (TN license or compact license on file at time of submission), minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, prior travel experience, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Schedule: Night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult patient populations, ability to float to stepdown or emergency room, and familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records.

Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, and 10/26. No block schedule offered; candidates must be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel experience.

Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available for orientation starting 10/26/2026, with the assignment concluding on 01/23/2027.
