Summit Insurance is expanding its Idaho Falls office and is looking to add a motivated Insurance Producer who wants to build a long-term career in sales within an established, growing agency.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a transactional sales job. You'll spend your first year learning directly from senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in how deals are sourced, structured, and closed, with a clear path toward increased independence and earning potential over time.

What You'll Do

Learn Summit's sales process through hands-on training and real deal exposure
Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective clients
Assist in presenting and selling insurance solutions to individuals and businesses
Build and manage a growing book of business over time
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and deal execution
Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Requirements

Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment in Idaho Falls, ID
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to prospect and follow up consistently
Coachable attitude and openness to feedback and ongoing development
Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively
Comfort working toward performance-based goals
Willingness to learn insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects
Preferred, but not required:
