Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Lead two essential service areas that directly support patient experience and hospital operations.
Make a visible impact by shaping service quality, safety, and satisfaction outcomes.
Gain exposure to healthcare service standards, compliance practices, and operational best practices.

Experience guiding frontline teams within service-driven operations such as mailroom, dining, or healthcare support services.
Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
Commitment to service excellence through patient engagement, rounding, and quality monitoring.
Organizational skills that support workflow management, performance standards, and continuous improvement.

Management Experience: 2 years
