Director of Wellness (LPN/RN Required)

As Director of Wellness, you will supervise the nursing staff and work to develop teams, drive clinical excellence, and create an environment where residents can thrive. You will influence the quality of care delivered each day and partner with regional leadership to support the success of your team.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff.

Lead clinical initiatives to improve resident care.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of oversight.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in senior living or long‑term care preferred.
