The therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.\n\nResponsibilities: • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or functional limitations.\n\n • Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans.\n\n • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs.\n\n • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.\n\n • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.\n\nQualifications:\n \n Active Kentucky Physical Therapy License\n required.
