Kickstart your career with Trinitys Roofing Division and earn great pay doing it! Our Entry-Level Sales Representative program is crafted to develop your sales skills in the industry of in-home sales. No prior experience? We provide paid training and continuous supportjust bring your hunger to grow and people skills. Previous experience in customer service, inside or outside sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
We provide paid training for your first four weeks, giving you the support and stability to succeed from day one. Once graduating from our training program, you earn your way on to one of the most lucrative commission structures in the nation! What Youll Do as a Roofing Entry-Level Sales Rep:

Identify homes in need of roofing of a consultation
Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential roofing solutions
Schedule roofing consultations for prospective customers
Serve as a roofing consultant, providing valuable product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
Represent Trinitys Roofing Division with professionalism and integrity
Meet and/or exceed lead generation performance minimums
A cell phone with data and internet access
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Earn $53,000-85,000 (base salary plus commission)
