Position Overview: RN (Day Shift)

The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, resident-first mindset
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
• New grads encouraged to apply
