PART-TIME SEASONAL AND LONG-TERM MATHNASIUM OF PARK CITY
HIRING NOW for part-time, seasonal or long-term shifts ranging $18-$22+/hour (based on experience and math proficiency level), plus team incentives and individual growth opportunities!

At Mathnasium, we’re looking for more from our instructors than math skills. We’re also looking for emotional intelligence, an energetic and supportive personality, and a passion for helping kids not only learn to love math but also develop their confidence. Across North America and all over the world, Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it.

Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method— the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development — and has changed the lives of children since 2002.

We set ourselves apart by providing our Math educators with:

Consistent, but flexible part-time hours after school and seasonal weekend offerings

Continuous training on effective teaching methodologies

Teach/tutor in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices

Monday-Thursday 2:00-7:00, Friday-Saturday 1:00-5:00 (Summer hours may differ)

Passion for math and working with students

Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I (hourly rate will be dependent on math competency)

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.

The Mathnasium Mission is to teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world. Mathnasium makes math make sense, building children's confidence and a deep understanding and lifelong love of mathematics. With more than 1,000 locations on four continents, our franchised and company-owned learning centers provide tutoring from pre-K through high school.
The Mathnasium Method increases a child's math competency and improves their lives by opening the doors to higher education, greater career opportunities, and a better future. It is in that sense that we aim to change the world ... one child at a time.
Our teaching method, the Mathnasium Method, is the life’s work of Larry Martinek, Mathnasium’s Chief Instructional Officer and a teacher and math teaching consultant in the Los Angeles area for more than 35 years. The Mathnasium Method uses a time-tested, customized program which stems from a unique assessment to identify what students need to improve their math skills. We offer personalized instruction, proprietary worksheets, and games to build Number Sense and provide a fun and supportive environment in which children can learn and practice math.
