Job TitleJob Description: Pay Range: $59.46hr - $64.46hrRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring tools.Experience monitoring Windows and Linux servers.Experience with virtualized environments such as VMware.Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.Basic understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.Experience monitoring databases, middleware, and network components.Experience supporting synthetic and real user monitoring.Experience participating in incident response and root cause analysis.Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring preferred.Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and performance health checks.Monitor infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure performance and availability.Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to analyze performance trends and capacity planning needs.Utilize monitoring tools to track application performance and transaction flows.Support integration of monitoring tools with IT service management platforms.Ability to interpret system performance metrics and monitoring data effectively.Skills:Infrastructure and application monitoring.Cloud platform monitoring.Incident response and root cause analysis.Performance analysis and optimization.
