1. nd Shift - Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
2. rd Shift - Sunday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Plus Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly.

We are seeking a highly skilled Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

High school diploma or equivalent years of experience

Experience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Basic Computer Skills

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures

Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems

Ability to operate multiple machines and equipment

Operate and maintain machines to produce high-quality products

Monitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production process

Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality will be critical to your success in this role.

Shifts:

*Training may be on first shift which is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm
