We are seeking Board-Certified CRNAs for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in New Mexico.
This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a long-term assignment with a diverse case mix, independent practice environment, and consistent schedule.
Position Details
Ongoing locum assignment
ASAP start available
Inpatient and outpatient setting
Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Weekend coverage required
Multiple providers needed
Clinical Scope
Providers will participate in a broad range of anesthesia services, including:
General anesthesia
Regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
Spinal and epidural anesthesia
Obstetrical cases
Adult and pediatric cases
Ventilation management
Hemodynamic management
Central and arterial line placement
Preferred Skills
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
Regional blocks
Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
Pediatric dentistry anesthesia (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board Certified
Minimum one year of post-training experience
Active New Mexico license or ability to reactivate an existing license
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Comfortable practicing independently
Ability to provide documentation of regional anesthesia experience
Additional Information
Call participation required
Temporary privileges available
Comprehensive malpractice coverage provided
Credentialing timeline approximately 90 days
