Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology-all within established guidelines.
Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
Thoroughly document every procedure, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
Ensure the lab environment is clean and safe, adhering strictly to regulatory and accreditation protocols.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare qualification, supplemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within a year of hire.
