Compensation & Incentives: ??
Starting Salary:?$28.29 - $37.72/hour ($57,000 - $76,000?annually).
Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates.
Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.??

What ? We re ? Looking For ?

Experience & Qualifications: ?
Active Florida Adjuster All Lines (0620) license preferred.
Customer-facing Claims experience required.?
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.?
High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.??

Core Skills:
Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.?
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??

Availability:
Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.??
