Senior Attorney - IP Law Needed for Rapidly Growing Business Law Firm Based in New Mexico!!

We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area and have offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently on the search for an Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law!

Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate and securities

Intellectual Property law (e.g., Competitive base salary + Lucrative Bonus plan!

Health (100% paid for employee, 50% paid for immediate family / dependents)

Dental (100% paid for employee, 50% paid for immediate family / dependents)

Vision (100% paid for employee, 50% paid for immediate family / dependents)

As an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

JD Degree from an accredited law school

10+ years of litigation experience

2+ years of experience within Business law

Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
